Notion is constantly taking giant steps towards delivering the best productivity and collaboration experience, ever. Let’s check one - by - one the brand-new features you can find and how to use each of them.

Page Analytics

In a new version of Notion, there is now the option to track the performance of pages. Views, unique visitors, and editor information are displayed to understand how well a page is received by users.

In this example, you can see the data of a template that I published using Notion.

To access Analytics, simply click on 🕘Show all updates and select Analytics.

Workspace Analytics (Enterprise plan)

With Workspace Analytics (only available in the Enterprise plan), you can see how your workspace content is being used. This way, you can identify, for example, which teams or people are already Notion power users and which ones still need support.

Go to ⚙️ Settings & Members at the top left of your workspace → Analytics

Better Notifications

Notifications are like a mini-assistant that keeps you up to date and filters out noise. From now on, you will only receive notifications when you are @mentioned or when someone replies to your edit. Delete notifications by marking them as read or archiving them.

This is one of my favorite features because I work very intensively with these notifications. I treat them like my email inbox and strive to bring it to zero. Unfinished tasks remain unread. Finished ones are archived.

Editing multiple entries

In the table view of a database, values of multiple rows can be selected and edited (e.g. selecting tasks to update the status/priority). Note that this feature is only available in the table view.

Notion AI

Notion has released Notion AI to the public, and I am absolutely in love with it. I can't imagine going back to life without AI. I could talk about it for hours-- in fact, I plan to write a separate article on how to use it.
