Having trouble with image alignment in your Notion columns? While they may look perfect on desktop, the mobile view can be tricky. If you're using Notion for your website like we do at notioneers.eu, you might have noticed this common issue.
Why Are My Images in Notion Not Aligned on Mobile?
When you create 3 columns and add images inside, Notion automatically resizes them and everything looks fine on desktop.
However, on mobile devices, some images appear at different widths because the first two images were manually set to be smaller. Since Notion is responsive, it displays the three images stacked vertically at full width on mobile devices.
How can I make images in Notion the same width on mobile?
- Move the images below your columns layout and place them vertically to see their different sizes
- Resize all images to match by dragging their edges
- Place the resized images back into the column layout
You can also crop your images in Notion. However, you'll still need to follow the steps above to ensure they're all the same width.
