Where It All Started: The Story Behind Notioneers
I kicked off my entrepreneurial journey at 18 with my first online shop. That experience taught me what it really takes to build and run a business.
My career I have started with an IT apprenticeship and later studied Business Informatics. From then on, I guided teams as a project manager in software development through projects of all sizes over 8 years.
After helping build a startup from the ground up, I took a break and what started as a short trip turned into a 1.5-year journey through Latin America.
When I returned, I started my own business and found a talented team. That’s when one of the members suggested we try Notion. At first, I thought, "Why switch? I already have the best tools with Jira and Confluence." But I decided to give Notion a shot.

One week later, Notion was up and running for the whole team. I experimented, over-engineered, and bought countless templates that didn’t work. Ultimately, I channeled my frustration over the lack of quality templates and business solutions into founding Notioneers. The mission became clear: to support teams facing the same challenges we had experienced.
